C. Yvonne Hooper hails from Tappahannock, Virginia. Her first published work appeared in The Rappahannock Times when she was just seven years old. Her love affair with romance began when she received her first Harlequin Romance novel and she has been addicted ever since. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. Her community service activities include volunteer work for the Special Olympics as well as the National Institute of Neurological Disorders & Stroke, with Yvonne having suffered from Bells Palsy.
