As a child, Kathryn Caskie wrote, illustrated and hand sold her own books to neighbors and friends for ten cents a piece. Until she was 13, and learned otherwise, she was convinced she'd invented the dime novel. Today Kathryn writes comedic Regency-set historical romances for Warner Books and Avon Books. Kathryn strongly believes in giving back to the organization that supported her on her journey to achieving her dream of seeing her work published. She is a long time WRW member and habitual volunteer for the chapter.
