Victoria Bylin has written four westerns for Harlequin Historicals. Her first book, Of Men and Angels, was a double finalist for the 2004 Holt Medallion for Best First Book and Best Short Historical. It also received honors as a finalist in the Detroit RWA Bookseller's Best Award. Victoria has been a member of RWA for six years. A native Californian, she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley. She currently resides in Annandale, Virginia with her husband and two sons.
