After 10 years in the US Foreign Service, Lisa E. Arlt resigned to write books, raise children and follow her husband around the world on his diplomatic adventures. Her first book, Smoke and Mirrors, was released in 1998 by Harlequin Temptation. Lisa is now writing women’s fiction novels and living in Shanghai, China.
